Day 323: Monday 21st February 2011

Ahhh and so begins my week off work in honour of my 25th Birthday on Wednesday! (eeek!)

Kicked the week off in style with an intimate gig from Sea of Bees- such a great band and so good live.

One of my favourite bands (Peggy Sue) happened to be in the audience and when I bumped into them in the toilets I had to tell them how great they were. I then went on to mumble something about wearing their T-shirt and promptly ran away. SMOOOOTH.

Work on a Saturday! Boooo. Normally my day off, but working through it.

Supposed to be having a day off today but a bit of last minute writing work needed to get done. Had a yummy Italian lunch with Antony before though- so wasn't too bad :) Oh and I made the work more fun/fattening by putting a box of cookies next to me. Today was a good day.

Parents came home today!! And they brought me jelly bellys! What legends :)

Happy Valentines day <3

Me and the boy had a lovely evening- dressed up real smart and had home cooked fajitas and nachos accompanyed by the new Adele album, wine, roses and chocolate cake. NICE.

Day 314: Saturday 12th February 2011

Had a great day off today, did my good deed of the month with Emily- we took toys and treats down to the RSPCA for the animals :D Then had some baking fun making a cake for Antony! In the evening I had some friends over for a catch up. Twas a good day.

Here's the epic heart shaped chocolate cake I made Antony- gotta save it til Valentines day though....it'll be lucky if it survives :s

Lack of inspiration today, so guess what I snapped? Pretty flowers! Parents are away for the week in Sanfransisco so I get the house to myself- kinda love it.

This evening was my mum's dinner party for her birthday! Antony cooked us an amazing three course meal which me, my mum, dad, sis, bro and all our other halves enjoyed muchly :)
