Day 110: Friday 30th July 2010

Walking home from one job to another I caught a snapshot of some garages near us. Reminded me of my college days when I dressed up my sis in Urbanite wear and forced her to model, cigarette in hand, up against these dirty doors for a photography project. Here I am 6 years on and I'm taking pictures of the same thing....

I need to move outta here.

Another evening with Antony and another evening well spent eating ridiculous amounts of ice cream. Hello lardville? Yes, I'm on the way, give me two weeks. Curse you Ben. You too Jerry.

Came home from work to a lovely surprise today, a bag full of charity shop scarves from my mum's shop! Ahhh, heaven.

Spent the night at my lovely man's place tonight and took a quick shot of his very cool guitar made out of match sticks.

Day 105: Sunday 25th July 2010

Went over to one of my boyfriends friends new house this eve after work for a BBQ! Really fun evening :) My photo has nothing to do with that sadly, as I forgot my camera (boo hiss boo). Instead I took a pic of a picture my parents had painted for us kids when they travelled to Asia (both were cabin crew for BA). Each symbol means something sweet and act as a prediction for our lives! My symbols say I will have these things in my life...

Nobility, Beauty, Happiness, Love and Money. (sweeet).

Day 104: Saturday 24th July 2010

Had to work today instead of having my usual day off. Ended up very sleepily taking a photo of one of my many tattoo's before stumbling into bed declaring defeat.

Work at home and at Paperchase today, exhausted. Came home and found a new friend in my room, isn't he pretty? I named him Merth.

Went round to see the boy this evening :) He picked some fresh herbs from his garden and made us a yummy dinner (as always), brilliant boy.

Day 99: Monday 19th July 2010

Another day working from home writing until my lil fingers bled. Running out of inspiration in the home for pictures.... But got a cool shot of our lampshade. so all is well.

Day 98: Sunday 18th July 2010

Had a funny sort of day today, had work at Paperchase, and my morning started off terribly (ran late in the morning then continued making stupid mistakes) but by the afternoon things were great, I was getting trained up on the paperwork side of things and my manager was singing my praises! So by law of averages my evening should be spectacular...have a feast of a BBQ with the fam, then off to see the boy, so my guess is that it will be!

Day 97: Saturday 17th July 2010

Had a plan to spend all day relaxing, reading and blogging today- but lucky for me a couple of my friends called me up and ruined those plans in the best way possible! Ended up joining them to the lake near us for a girls wakeboarding day, now I don't wakeboard myself, but my friends do and watching them play in the water was brilliant. In between rides we kicked back in the sun enjoying hot dogs, cupcakes and games. Ended up going for dinner together too, was such a nice day- I love it when things don't go to plan.

Here are some pictures from the day, most of them are of us playing on longboards, which I've decided I must own.

Had to catch a quick picture of the pretty sky tonight. Very excited for my only day off tomorrow! Then its 14 days straight! Eeeek.

Hehe, to make up for the lack of birthday boy's involvement in yesterdays post, had to get one of him today! He was napping. Naww.

Well let me start by saying, "Happy Birthday!" to my dad!! unfortunately my picture isn't related to this in any shape or form. Instead I took a picture of my wooden tiger I got out in Thailand! Was looking through my pictures from the trip and made me all nostalgic for the place! Really want to go back one day, beautiful country.

Day 93: Tuesday 13th July 2010

Went round to Antony's this evening and was greeted by stacks of records! Didn't realise he had so many! Couldn't resist getting him to display them nicely and getting a snap- some classic tunes in that pile!!

Have seen a photography project type thing somewhere called 'corners of my room' (or words to that effect), so thought I'd give it a go- here are some corners of my room!

Day 91: Sunday 11th July 2010

Watched one of my new favourite films tonight called 'Away We Go'. It's about a couple who are basically on the hunt for a new place to settle down as they have a baby on the way, and all the shenanigans, revelations etc. experienced on the way. Really heartwarming :)

Day 90: Saturday 10th July 2010

DAY OFF! woohoo :) Me and Antony both had the day off, (which almost never happens), so we celebrated by going for a picnic! Ate amazing anti-pasti food, chorizo, cured meats, feta cheese, bread, sun blanched tomatoes...arghh was yummy.

Anyway enough daydreaming about food, here are some piccies...

Full day of writing today, worked my lil tush off to finish a huge list of brands. Ended up seeing some friends for a BBQ this eve and while I should've taken pictures of the pretty fairy lights, food, people, etc....I got a lil hammered instead and took a blurry photo of my room when I staggered home. CLASSY.

Well had a thoroughly lovely evening tonight! Went to see some friends for a drink and then got a tour of one of their new housies! SUCH a lovely house. Makes me very excited for moving out one day with the boy.
